Tridelta Technologies Co., Ltd. is located in the Zhubei High-speed Railway District, Hsinchu County. And founded in the Year 2013. We mainly provide professional technical services for ASYST SMIF(Standard Mechanical InterFace), in addition to related automation equipment. We provide professional technical services such as sales/trading, maintenance/repair, CIP(Continue Improving Progress), technical support, and equipment refurbishment. After years of intensive development, we have a large customer bases overseas and locally. Our team is full of engineering experience and technical expertise. We are capable of providing versatile customized requests to meet customers’ specific needs. As well as solutions consultant to improve customers’ production efficiency and competitiveness. Insisting on providing you with the best quality service, we are very rigorous in our professionalism. We have formulated SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) to control quality for each service item and carefully inspect every process. This is our persistence.

On-call support
We have 24-hour on-call service. If there was an emergency on the machine even in the mid-night, we have the duty team to provide on-site service.
Fast delivery within 24H
In the Hsinchu area, repair items can be collected from the client within 24 hours. Customers do not need to spend other transportation costs or wait for long transportation times.
SOP
There are many maintenance items, and the maintenance personnel will also be different. We will make each procedure into a standard operating procedure (SOP) so that each maintenance link and quality can be consistent. Furthermore, QC inspection is added to ensure the same and excellent quality.
Quick repairs
High-tech equipment always takes long time to resolve the troubles because of waiting for spare parts. The safety inventory of our spare parts can ensure the job accomplished in 10 to 14 days, and 1 to 5 days if urgently.
Equipment maintenance contract
Managing machine quality can improve product yield and avoid tool downtime. It can also reduce the unexpected machine damage ,and extend the tool lifetime. We have the factory-wide service contract available, which can provide monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annually solutions base on customer needs.
